Ninjas R Us: Conditions of Entry
At Ninjas R Us, our aim is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all our little ninjas. To ensure every child has a fantastic time, we've put in place a few easy-to-follow rules. The following provides an outline of our conditions of entry.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that Ninjas R Us remains a safe and enjoyable place for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
Safety and Liability
- The use of all equipment is at your own risk. Please use equipment responsibly and as intended.
- Ninjas R Us accepts no liability for injuries sustained on the premises and will not be responsible for any claims for damages arising from the use of the play area.
- Any accidents or incidents should be reported to reception staff immediately.
Supervision and Age Restrictions
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times. Please note that Ninjas R Us is not a childcare facility, and leaving children unattended is strictly prohibited. Unaccompanied children will be reported to the authorities.
- Our equipment is designed for children up to 14 years of age. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this age limit.
Hygiene and Attire
- For hygiene and safety reasons, bare feet or shoes are not permitted in the play area. Ninja non-slip socks are required for all participants.
- Adults and supervisors are also required to wear Ninja non-slip socks within the play area. However, adults are not permitted to play on the equipment.
- Sharp items are not allowed in the play area.
Conduct and Prohibited Items
- Eating and drinking are not permitted within the play area.
- Rough play, dangerous acts, pushing, running, shoving, wrestling, or yelling will not be tolerated.
- For safety reasons, jumping or pushing from the top of the Adventure Playland is prohibited, such as climbing back up the slides.
- Please ensure that you use play equipment appropriate for the age of your child, and refer to the instructions provided at each piece of equipment.
- Be respectful of other patrons at all times.
- All users must comply with the rules outlined on the signs within the play area.
Wristbands and Compliance
- Wristbands are valid only for the session on the day of purchase. Expired wristbands and tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- Entry to Ninjas R Us is conditional upon agreeing to these policies. We operate a warning system, and repeated violations of these conditions may result in the termination of your session without refund.
Ninja non-slip socks are available onsite for $3 per pair.
